Through her gentle, grounded approach, she offers a calm space for individuals to slow down, listen inward, and begin healing to come home to themselves. Through the Flow Within™ Method, she awakens a deeper awareness across mind, heart, body, and soul, allowing people to feel whole again.

Ms Jovial Teo and Ms Wendy Yeo are experienced practitioners at Joyful Soul Psychology, a centre dedicated to supporting mental wellness, personal growth and emotional resilience. Ms Jovial Teo, a counselling psychologist, combines evidence‑based therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy with the creative use of OH Cards to guide clients in self‑reflection, insight and personal development. Ms Wendy Yeo, a registered speech therapist and life coach, integrates her clinical expertise and coaching skills into OH Card facilitation, helping individuals navigate life transitions, strengthen self‑connection and communicate with clarity and confidence. Together, they create a warm and supportive environment where clients can explore their inner narratives, cultivate emotional awareness and discover pathways to kindness, growth and well‑being.

Mr Vincent Soo is an integrative coach, counsellor, psychotherapist, and experiential cards facilitator using metaFox and OH Cards. His work blends trauma recovery, inner-child healing, and authentic relationship coaching. Using OH Cards as a reflective tool, he guides clients to explore their inner narratives, gain clarity, and access deeper self-understanding. Drawing from his own experiences of childhood challenges, Vincent creates a compassionate and safe space for individuals and couples to process emotional wounds, strengthen resilience, and nurture healthier relationships. His approach combines evidence-based therapeutic methods with expressive, narrative-driven facilitation, allowing clients to engage with life themes, uncover insights, and embark on a journey of personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.
