Workshop Overview
This intensive 4-day workshop covers the core content of CBT into a comprehensive, power-packed learning experience. Designed for busy professionals who want to deepen their therapeutic skills efficiently, the workshop provides both theoretical foundations and practical clinical techniques essential for effective Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) practice.
CBT is a structured, short-term, and present-focused psychotherapy that helps clients address their challenges by modifying dysfunctional thoughts and maladaptive behaviours. Supported by decades of rigorous research, CBT is recognised as one of the most evidence-based psychotherapies, particularly effective for depression, anxiety disorders, and a wide range of psychological issues.
Over the 4 intensive days, participants will be immersed in:
Core CBT theory and frameworks
Practical, clinically relevant intervention skills
Step-by-step guidance on applying CBT with clients
This workshop is ideal for learners who are eager to practise CBT but lack formal training, including aspiring CBT Psychotherapists, Counsellors, and Associate Psychologists. It is particularly suited for individuals with mental health qualifications (e.g., a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology) who wish to develop a solid, practice-ready CBT skillset.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with the essential knowledge and clinical competencies to confidently integrate CBT techniques into their professional practice.
