Mr Vincent Kwan is the Founder of Zensonance, providing sound-based and somatic approaches to support mental wellness. His work focuses on helping individuals regulate stress responses at a physiological level, complementing the psychological focus of counselling and psychotherapy. With over 20 years of experience in high-pressure corporate environments, Vincent brings practical insight into the impact of chronic stress and burnout. His approach aims to support clients in achieving a calmer and more regulated state, which may enhance engagement in therapeutic work. Vincent has a background as a trained para-counsellor and has previously served as a voluntary prison counsellor. He works with an understanding of therapeutic boundaries and emphasises the importance of creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space for clients. Through sound-based interventions and relaxation techniques, Vincent supports clients in reconnecting with their bodily experience and releasing accumulated tension. This complements counselling by addressing the physical and somatic aspects of stress alongside cognitive and emotional processes. His work is further informed by personal experiences in caregiving and cancer recovery, reinforcing a belief in a collaborative and holistic approach to mental health. Vincent works alongside counselling professionals to support clients through an integrated care model that considers both mind and body. For the month of April 2026, Zensonance is offering SGD10 off all individual sessions. |
