We are looking for a Senior Life Coach (Corporate Trainer) to join our passionate team.
Role:
1. Provide corporate talks to corporate clients
2. Develop content for corporate talks and / or (coaching-related) workshops
3. Provide Life Coaching to Individual clients
4. Must adhere to professional practice standards.
5. Always adhere to standards of service operations.
Commitment:
- Minimum two days a week for a period of one year.
- Open to in-house clinical trainings and supervision.
- Remain reasonably contactable for updates or coordination.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree / post-graduate qualifications in the field of mental health (e.g., Coaching, Counselling, Psychology, Social Work) with ideally either minimum 2 years working experiences in providing corporate talks.
- Minimally a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation
- Initiative-driven and team spirit in effectively implementing policies, protocols and plans.

We are looking for a Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) registered Counselling Psychologist to join our passionate team.
Role:
1. Provide Psychological Diagnosis using DSM-5.
2. Generate Psychological reports and letters for clients.
3. Responsible for maintaining proper case documentation.
4. Represent the organisation in corporate outreach programmes, if needed.
5. Must adhere to professional practice standards.
6. Always adhere to standards of service operations.
Commitment:
- Minimum two days a week for a period of one year.
- Remain reasonably contactable during the centre’s operating hours for updates or coordination.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a master’s degree in counselling psychology (a master’s in counselling will not meet the criteria), alongside a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
- Registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP).
- Proficient in conducting psychological diagnoses for mood and personality disorders using DSM-5 criteria, utilizing SCID-5CV and SCID-5PD, and adeptness in composing comprehensive psychological diagnostic reports.
- Proficient in specialised psychotherapeutic & counselling approaches to help clients with diverse issues and conditions, including case conceptualisation and assessment.
- Experience working with couples or families will be advantageous.
- Initiative-driven and team spirit in effectively implementing policies, protocols, and plans.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
