1. Provide Psychological Diagnosis using DSM-5.
2. Generate Psychological reports and letters for clients.
3. Responsible for maintaining proper case documentation.
4. Represent the organisation in corporate outreach programmes, if needed.
5. Must adhere to professional practice standards.
6. Always adhere to standards of service operations.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Hold a master’s degree in counselling psychology (a master’s in counselling will not meet the criteria), alongside a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
• Registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP).
• Proficient in conducting psychological diagnoses for mood and personality disorders using DSM-5 criteria, utilizing SCID-5CV and SCID-5PD, and adeptness in composing comprehensive psychological diagnostic reports.
• Proficient in specialised psychotherapeutic & counselling approaches to help clients with diverse issues and conditions, including case conceptualisation and assessment.
• Experience working with couples or families will be advantageous.
• Initiative-driven and team spirit in effectively implementing policies, protocols, and plans.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
