We all know that sleep is important. But, we tend to sacrifice sleep, so we can complete our work or stay up to Netflix!
How often have we found it difficult to bounce back after failing an exam or a business venture? Most of us tend to focus on our failures and start to develop fear over trying again.
How often do we aspire to do everything the right way? To be able to decide about something and be very confident that it was the right decision?
